1. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost and is not subject to any refund or billing terms.
2. Paid Plans
All paid plans (Basic, Developer, and Advanced) are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following refund terms.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- First-time subscribers: If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription.
- Service outages: If Phluxon experiences prolonged downtime (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) that materially impacts your ability to use the service, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the 7-day initial refund window
- Failure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Account suspension or termination due to abuse or policy violations
- Partial month usage after voluntary cancellation
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at billing@phluxon.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request
- Provide any relevant details (e.g., billing error specifics or outage dates)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Plan Downgrades and Cancellations
If you downgrade to a lower tier or cancel your subscription, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan's features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades or cancellations mid-cycle.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. The updated policy will apply to all future transactions.
