9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
